There are so many types of exercise that we thought it would be fun to ask you to share yours. Do you have a particular daily exercise routine that you do?

Do You Exercise to Gain Weight?

I definitely have do.

I have been thin most of my life. I actually have had trouble gaining weight. I had asthma as a child and my lungs were weak and I ate a lot of junk foods, like candy, white bread, highly processed foods... that sort of thing. Running as a child was curtailed by my gasping for air due to weak lungs.

In my 20's I began paying attention to what I ate. After I was in my 30's I began eating all the healthy foods I could find, but I never gained weight. The older I got the thiner I became.

When you sit in front of a computer all day, you really don't get much exercise, and that's what I do. But, when I add in a good exercise program, I begin feeling better, and my body starts building. It happens in a matter of days.

Do You Exercise to Lose Weight?

You Don't Have to Be an Expert!

You don't have to be an authority on exercise to share. I'm certainly not, but I did learn how to build and tone muscle, improve my circulation and improve my overall form. And, I've accumulated a lot of experience just wanting to remain healthy and active as I get older.

What I'm interested in hearing about is your personal experience with your types of exercise that have made a difference in your life. If you have a particular book or video that you use, please provide the reference for others to look up if they are interested.
