RisoTriene Recipe
Superfoods for Beautiful Hair and Nails

This RisoTriene Recipe is combined with some superior foods that support your hair and nails. You'll find more value in this truly wonderful drink but the most noticeable for me, right away, was the pink color and strong growth of my nails, and... my hair began to have more body and became shinier.

Here's the basic RiSoTriene Recipe and I've noted some optional ingredients you can try as you go along if you are venturous. This basic recipe makes a really wholesome drink as part of a light meal at the end of the day for Glen and I. It's easy to digest and builds muscle when we've done our daily exercise routine.

RiSoTriene Recipe - Optional Ingredients

Here's some options if you want added nutrients. You can enjoy extra nutrition by adding one thing or the other.

  • 1/4 Cup Aloe Vera gel from the leaf, (remove gel from the green part)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Organic Ashwagandha
  • Replace 1 Cup Water with 1 Cup Coconut Kefir
  • 2 Droppers of UMAC Core Marine Phytoplankton

These ingredients are added anytime after blending the Nibs.

Why These Ingredients

RiSoTriene - I've been doing some research on minerals and found silica to be a good source of elements to help build strong bones, nails, hair and even skin. This silica interacts well with potassium in the body, so when I discovered RiSoTriene had a good amount of potassium, and we have a significant amount of missing nutrients in our everyday diet, I gave it a try and out came this RiSoTriene Recipe!

Vegetal Silica - This silica is from an herb called horsetail, which is harvested in the spring. This harvest time is evidently, very important. A lot of research was done by Professor C. Louis Kervran on minerals. If you are interested in learning more, you can read his book called "Biological Transmutations."

Sun Warrior Rice Protein Powder - I chose this protein powder as I love this food. But more importantly, it's a "rice" protein. I felt since RiSoTRiene is a rice bran food, they might compliment each other well. And... they do!

Renew Life FiberSmart - One more significant food is the FiberSmart. This was an accident but it's the best accident I've encountered in finding a food that I love.

I would never have bought it to try in a recipe. But Glen was on a digestion cleansing program and some of the Renew Life products were being used. He happen to need the Fiber Smart as well, so I tried it just by itself.

What a shock! It's great tasting, it's VERY nutritious and it thickens up a smoothie like no other. I was impressed to say the least. When I discover a great food like this, it's a treasure for me.

Cacao Nibs, Cacao Powder and Mesquite Powder - Now... this RiSoTriene Recipe really didn't come to be until I mixed the above described ingredients into my blender after making my Chocolate Treat Recipe.

If you have been following my other pages about chocolate, you'll know why I added the cacao nibs, powder and mesquite. I simply love them and they do so much for me nutrition-wise.

Well, after I've made my chocolate treats, I've got a messy chocolate blender and don't like to waste any part of it. So... I began rinsing my blender with about a cup of water and saving the residue to make a drink out of it later in the day. When I began experimenting with RiSoTriene and Vegetal Silica, it was a natural fit.

When I don't have the extra chocolate treat residue left over, I had to improvise and ended up with this particular RiSoTriene recipe.

I won't go into the optional ingredients at this time. But that will come soon.

I hope this gives you enough to inspire you to venture out and try this. After seeing how my hair and nails responded, I had to share it with you.

Here's the information for you so you can find the right brands and the best place to get them.

Silica Caution

One Caution - don't get carried away with the Silica. You want to keep it in balance. I have gotten achy joints from taking too much. It evidently kicks out old un-useable calcium. The body loves this silica and can really build with it.

I have only needed one capsule a day. Any more than that has caused me some aches. But everyone is different so test for yourself. I found the aches only lasted a day when I took more than a capsule.

I am one to take things slowly so I let the body do the work on it's own sweet time.
