Is grass important to muscovy ducks?

I want to know if grass is important to muscovy ducks?

Answer

That's a good question. I know they do eat grass but if you are going to raise them as food for your table, I have heard it's important to feed them other foods as well.

I have not personally eaten them or done any research about them.
