Estrogen and Maca Root

Question

does maca root increase estrogen

Answer

Hi,

I've found a lot of theory on what maca root does in the body. There is some scientific evidence on how maca interacts with the body's various organs.

Maca root does increase estrogen as is needed but not directly. It seems to nourish the various organs which in turn do their job in a balancing way.
