Question

Give me some chocolate names containing 60% and above cocoa

Answer

That's a hard one. Looking for chocolate bars made the traditional way... I haven't been able to find any. This would be like Nestle, Hershey and others.

I did find some chocolate bars made from the raw cacao bean that do go beyond 60% cocoa (or cacao spelled another way).

I had to go to the raw organic type chocolate makers to find them. Here's what I found:

# 1530 - Sacred Chocolate Bar - King & Queen - 2 oz

99% Whole Cacao Beans and Vanilla Beans

Ingredients: Whole cacao beans with skins, cacao nibs, cacao butter and vanilla bean.

Ingredients: Whole cacao beans with skins, cacao butter, maple sugar, ground vanilla bean, Love & Gratitude. All ingredients raw and organic, except the Maple Sugar which is organic but not raw.

This next company makes their bars themselves in small batches. And they aren't very expensive.
