Give me some chocolate names containing 60% and above cocoa
That's a hard one. Looking for chocolate bars made the traditional way... I haven't been able to find any. This would be like Nestle, Hershey and others.
I did find some chocolate bars made from the raw cacao bean that do go beyond 60% cocoa (or cacao spelled another way).
I had to go to the raw organic type chocolate makers to find them. Here's what I found:
You can find both of these chocolates by searching for the # 1530 and # 1528. (Look or scroll to the right for the Search Box.)
# 1530 - Sacred Chocolate Bar - King & Queen - 2 oz
99% Whole Cacao Beans and Vanilla Beans
Ingredients: Whole cacao beans with skins, cacao nibs, cacao butter and vanilla bean.
# 1528 - Sacred Chocolate Bar - 69% Whole Bean, with Skins, 2 oz.
Ingredients: Whole cacao beans with skins, cacao butter, maple sugar, ground vanilla bean, Love & Gratitude. All ingredients raw and organic, except the Maple Sugar which is organic but not raw.
This next company makes their bars themselves in small batches. And they aren't very expensive. Love Street Living Foods
Chocolate bars look more like a traditional bar. When going to their website, just search for their names as given below.
Maple Crystal Chocolate Bar (1 oz)
Ingredients: All raw and organic - cacao, cacao butter, pure maple sugar, whole vanilla bean, lucuma powder, maca, cayenne.
Coconut Crystal Chocolate Bar (1 oz)
Ingredients: All raw and organic - cacao, cacao butter, pure coconut crystal sugar, whole vanilla bean, lucuma powder, maca, cayenne.
Hope this helps.
