What is Chia Smart? It's an ebook called - "Chia Smart - Discovering Chia's Secrets" which has been created to answer a lot of questions that you may be asking as well.
Chia Secrets Discovered
I've written a lot about chia, but during this last year, my research has revealed a better understanding of chia that hasn't been really clear.
- How much chia should you eat a day?
- How do you know where to get the best chia?
- How's the best way to eat chia?
- Is chia gel necessary?
- Is milled or blended chia easier to digest than whole chia seeds?
The Chia Smart ebook will provide a better look into chia's secrets so you can get more value for your money.
During my research, I developed a way to drink chia that had more positive results in hydrating my body. I was quite amazed how better I started feeling after some changes I made when making the chia gel.
- I felt more outgoing with a more positive outlook
- I wake up feeling bright and awake if I’ve gotten my 7 or 8 hours of sleep
- My finger nails have been stronger and getting long like when I was in my teens
- My hair began having more body again, not flighty or frizzy
- I only need three liters of pure water each day instead of four
- I don’t have leg cramps in the mornings
- The brown (liver) spots on my hands and arms seem to be lighter
- My skin seems to be softer
- Walking is enjoyable
- Breathing is easier
- Digestion is improving
- Bowel elimination has improved to three times a day
- I’m happier even though I still have a lot of stress to deal with
- I’ve increased my exercises and build muscle faster
- I see better and may need weaker glasses. (I’d like to eliminate my glasses!)
"Chia Bubbles" is the name I've given the chia gel after preparing it this new way. It's a very simple recipe but a lot of research went into it before working out the recipe. It's not a recipe that should be given out without some understanding of what the chia does as "Chia Bubbles." Everyone is different and the way I present chia in the Chia Smart ebook allows you to determine how to best eat chia for your particular needs.
Chia's Kitchen Science
I had been writing about chia seeds on my websites, and I began getting questions. I found I had to look closer for answers. These questions about chia were very different from what I wanted to know. My needs were different.
The more questions, the more research. This went on for several months. Then I began asking Glen (my husband) for help on what was really needed here to provide good answers.
Glen is a technical kind of person and goes about gathering knowledge as if he were a scientist. He seems to have a natural instinct in scientific thinking.
So he began coaching me to find appropriate answers.
I became a "kitchen scientist" testing and taking pictures of various aspects of chia.
Boy! Did I take a lot of pictures. I had to learn how to document what the pictures were showing. I found I couldn't remember "what-was-what" when it was time to "show-and-tell."
I ended up taking more and more pictures so I had pictures to match the results I was sharing. This is a picture taken with the camera looking into the microscope.
This slide shows the chia gel with scraggly fibers moving away from the seeds surface. In the ebook, we have another picture showing another type of chia gel fiber more clearly as they extend out from the seeds surface in straight lines.
You might wonder why I'd need to take pictures through a small microscope to show you a close up view of chia fibers. As you read through the ebook, you'll find the same surprises I found as I kept looking at the many aspects of chia that weren't being talked about very broadly.
You'll discover, as I did, what chia has to offer in many more ways than what is being told as of this writing.
Chia Smart Evolves into a Story
As I began to see the information I was discovering, I kept seeing a story unfold - what has been happening to chia and where it's headed. In fact, some of what I was learning seemed to be contradictory to what was being said. I kept looking and testing various forms of chia on myself and Glen to see what happens. Some results were good, but... some were bad.
I found it quite disappointing when I was not able to get the results I thought I would get. It was quite difficult for me to face. But as I moved forward, I found the secrets that lead to the positive side of this highly potent food.
Because some of the information I gathered, by looking so closely into chia, was not easy to look at, I felt that I shouldn't disclose it in my book. When you are looking for true data you have to take the good with the bad to tell the complete story. I decided to talk to some companies directly to find out what was going on. I gained more insight into the chia industry and finally considered putting all that I learned into ebook form.
I care about the integrity of chia as well as helping you get the best value from it. Take a look and see what Chia Smart is about. You'll discover chia's secrets that really are worth knowing. Chia is a unique food and I'd like to see it remain as beneficial as it is being talked about today.
Please feel free to email me if you have questions or comments. I am always happy to respond.
