Hi, I would like to know how many tablespoons of chia gel are recommended to eat per day.
I can tell you how much I've eaten in a day, but it has varied over time. You can get an idea but to really know how much you should take, you'll have to try it to see what works best for you.
- I started out putting two tablespoons of chia gel in my breakfast protein drink ever morning. That was it for the day.
- At one time I was mixing two or three tablespoons of the chia gel in my protein drink three times a day. I was really busy and didn't want to take time to fix three meals a day. I wasn't trying to lose weight, but I did. I give a lot more insight about this at Overweight Chia Tips.
- Another example… I was only eating two tablespoons of chia gel in my breakfast drink and then only one tablespoon of the chia gel with my lunch. Just go to Chia Gel for more details
