Chia: The Complete Guide to the Ultimate Superfood by Wayne Coates - Here's a great book if you are wanting to lose or manage weight better. It contains over 75 recipes and a lot more. These chapter titles will give you a hint of what you'll find.

Clear Body Clear Mind by L. Ron Hubbard. - This book provides information about the toxic effects of drugs, toxins and radiation on the human body and how to safely eliminate them.

I highly recommend you read it to gain more understanding of factors that can influence the health problems we are having today.

The purpose of food has been to build sound body structure and to provide energy for cellular activity on a daily basis. Things can improve with healthy foods, but there are detoxification factors that are best dealt with in a well tested and implemented body purification program as laid out in "Clear Body Clear Mind." I have done two such programs over the last 22 years and the results are spectacular.

The Miracle Seven 7 Amazing Exercises That Slim, Sculpt, and Build the Body in 20 Minutes a Day by John E. Peterson and Wendie Pett.

Glen and I have been using the very basic exercises in this book pretty consistently since 2010. I've followed one other program for the last ten years but only maintaining the the warm-up segment as consistently.

The description of this book indicates 20 minutes a day, but... I have to tell you, Glen and I like 10 minutes better. We split the basic program in half and did each segment every other day. This exercise program is doable, anywhere. No special equipment, just learn the routine and you've got it. Believe me... Glen and I spent thousands of dollars on exercise equipment that we did not use. This one tops all of them and it's only the price of a handy book.

It's very important to find an exercise program that you can keep doing since it is critical to maintaining a healthy body. I highly recommend you add this one to your own book list if you aren't able to stay with an exercise program for any length of time.

Enter The Zone: A Dietary Road Map by Barry Sears, PhD with Gill Lawren.

When I bought this book, I was interested in maintaining the correct acid/alkaline balance of the body. I'm adding it to this book list eventhough it's a bit technical. It lays out the basics of helping to following a very balanced diet.

40-30-30 Fat Burning Nutrition: The Dietary Hormonal Connection to Permanent Weight Loss and Better Health by Joyce Daoust and Gene Daoust.

This book is similar to The Zone more easily understood if you are not the technical type. You might review both books to see which might help you stay more balanced with your meals. The information presented, when applied, can help you to feel more active after eating and to manage your weight so you end up within your ideal range.
